(MIDAS) is a Virginia-based corporation which provides several professional and engineering services to the government and commercial sectors. Incorporated in April 1995, PRIME, Inc. was initially established to provide high caliber and quick-response technical engineering and management services to the commercial maritime industry and such government agencies as the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Maritime Administration, etc. The core range of services included naval architecture, marine engineering, applied Research and Development (R&D), management support and transportation analysis. As the firm grows these core competencies are being expanded to include services such as architecture-engineering, information technologies, systems integration, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), training, risk and program management.
